  • Seconded to become IHG’s Sales and Marketing Planner for their Greater China region from 2011 - 2014, working on Global and Regional initiatives plus commercial budget planning to support over 400 hotels in China across 3-year budget cycles
  • Initiated, negotiated and successfully launched IHG’s co-brand credit card in China with China Citic Bank
  • Extensive experience of hotel loyalty program innovation and localisation, working on IHG Rewards, InterContinental Ambassador, Hilton Honors and Radisson Rewards in China and Asia Pacific
  • Successfully delivered high value strategic consulting projects for Ritz-Carlton and
    Six Senses
  • Co-Developed and implemented IHG’s China Outbound strategy in 2014
  • Developed the China Outbound strategy for Radisson Hotel Group/JinJiang in 2019
  • Developed, researched and facilitated in-person Sales & Marketing  Positioning Workshops for over 25 new/re-launching luxury hotels across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, including some of the world’s largest and most iconic hotels (see below):
